Cary has over thirty years of financial and business experience in industries ranging from utilities to healthcare. Cary was a senior manager at the world’s largest international accounting and advisory firm Deloitte. While there, Cary was responsible for managing some of the largest clients for the Dallas/Ft. Worth office, including Texas Utilities Company, Lone Star Gas Company and Lincoln Property Company.

Cary has served as chief financial officer for the US operation of the international human capital group Adia and was responsible for managing banking relationships, mergers and acquisitions, and ultimately dispositions and sales of subsidiaries.

Cary has served in capacities of chief executive officer and in other significant leadership roles for companies in the healthcare, energy, and real estate and entertainment industries. His varied background provides Consana with a seasoned outlook and deep experience to focus the strategic vision of the Company and provide tactical expertise to all financial aspects of operations.

Cary is a graduate of the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
